As a heart-centred intuitive practitioner, I am honoured to be able to offer you an integrative approach to wellness and healing. With over 20 years of study and practice to my credit, I now blend several complementary healing modalities into my work, including:

Reiki, Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, Channelling of Light-Colour-Vibration, Dowsing, Psychic Surgery, Guided Meditation and EFT Tapping.  I am guided in the moment by these healing energies.

When I look back to make sense of my choice to take the road less travelled, I am reminded that this was always my predestined path. Since early childhood, I seem to have been called to look and feel between the lines. I was a daydreamer, a happy child, and living was easy. I often felt overwhelmed by my good fortune, and gratitude was top of mind each day. Whenever the opportunity arose to pay it forward, I was happy to do so.

As a child I used to 'play' at healing my family and friends. If someone was in pain, intuitively, I could point right to the spot and then spontaneously, I would 'melt' the pain away. This innate gift became more and more familiar to me and at the same time, more and more powerful. It was inevitable that I would want to take a closer look, to understand what seemed to be magically occurring before my eyes. But that took time. Finally, at the age of 44, with two kids and a shattered marriage, I was inspired by a series of  synchronistic events to do just that. One night during what I thought was a dream, I was transported to another time and place. I was walking on a dark and rainy New York City street when a yellow cab pulled up beside me. An elderly man and women who appeared to be of Japanese descent opened the car door stopping me in my tracks. They ushered me into the back seat, carefully pressed what felt like a precious gift, into the palms of my hands and nearly tossed me back out into the street. Motioning for me to  go quickly, as if there was no time to waste.

I was haunted by the vivid nature of this dream and the mystery of what that 'gift' could be. What was I supposed to do with this?  I had already been receiving signs about my destiny and knew this memory was not to be ignored. But, who were those two strangers that had found me in another time, another place?  Not long after and again through a very synchronistic turn of events, I was handed a thin white homemade looking book, called The Book of Reiki. Opening it up somewhere in the middle and about to leaf through, the very first word I saw was literally the answer to a prayer that had led me there in the first place. Then as I continued flipping through the pages, I saw a photo of  Dr Mikao Usui himself, founder of Reiki (as we know it today), and one of his first students, Hawayo Takata, also the author of the book. They were the strangers in the taxi! The gift was a gift of healing and the wisdom to pursue it. I wasted no more time and began studying Reiki and energy healing, which were literally second nature to me already. This experience would turn out to be only the first of so many magical revelations.  Attuned to a sense of deeper knowing, my claircognizant and clairsentient abilities were greatly enhanced by my studies. I sought out some exceptional master teachers to guide me on my path, and from that time on, I knew with every cell in my body that I was divinely guided. This is one of the reasons that I love teaching others how to tap into their 'Inner Wisdom'. There is so much more to this world, than meets the eye.

It wasn't always an easy decision, following my calling, in what I thought would be a full-time transition. I was leaving my very stressful, albeit exciting and secure, marketing and public relations company behind. I was fortunate to team up with a new and now lifelong friend, brilliant oracle teacher, clairvoyant and author Colette Baron Reid. Together, we formed the Cosmic Cookie Company, 'taking spirituality out of the closet and into our everyday lives'. We had set out to share the 'magic' and share it we did, with bestselling meditation CDs on EMI Records and a collection of wonderful fair trade, holistic, sustainable products. It was all great, but a bit ahead of its time.

 

I found myself faced with one detour after another. However when the time was right, patience and perseverance eventually led back home. Now, as a full-time Intuitive Healer, EFT Guide and  Reiki Master/Teacher, it really is an honour to be able to reach and help such a receptive clientele from around the world. I am moved by the profound healing effects of this work and am eternally grateful to have tapped into the frequency of love and compassion. Thanks to the spiritualists and scientists who can finally validate what our intuitive wisdom has been showing us for thousands of years. Thank you to Spirit, who is always on my side.

Nearest and dearest to my heart now and always are my fabulous children, Aaron, Lily, Bryan and my precious grandchildren, Aquinnah and Orly. They are my inspiration, reminding me each day to live life to the fullest, with gratitude, grace and authenticity.
